Hi. I'm Laila. I’m a board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, intuitive guide, teacher, and holistic healer. My mission is to help you return to balance, vitality, and peace—by reconnecting you with the wisdom already within.

My approach blends ancient healing traditions with grounded, modern insight, creating a path that honors all of you: mind, body, and spirit.

Before I devoted my life to this work, I spent years in the worlds of international development, refugee support, and social enterprise—guided by a deep call to serve. I hold a master’s degree in Environmental Security from the UN University for Peace, and I bring this global, systems-rooted lens into everything I do.

Rooted in my Afghan heritage and the sacred traditions of the SWANA region and Indian subcontinent, I offer healing practices that are ancestral, earth-based, and trauma-informed. My work draws from Ayurveda, the vibrational medicine of flower essences, and shamanic healing—supporting you in the thresholds of life: grief, rebirth, identity shifts, healing crises, and everything in between.

This path is deeply personal. I’ve moved through my own initiations of health disturbances, disconnection, and transformation. And each time, I was reminded: healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you are.

Through one-on-one sessions and group experiences, I guide you back to your inner knowing—so you can live with more clarity, vitality, and soul alignment.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about walking with you as you reclaim what was never lost.

If you’re ready to begin your journey, I invite you to explore my offerings and discover how ancient wisdom and modern healing can help you live a joyful, vibrant, and free life.
