This blend helps reduce Vata dosha in the body. Vata easily becomes ungrounded making it responsible for fear, worry and anxiety. Therefore, in order to balance these qualities, we need to bring in their opposites. One way to do this for Vata dosha is to bring in more grounded, sweet and earthy scents.

Each essential oil in this blend was handpicked to ground and calm Vata.

Chamomile: soothing and calming to the nervous system. Reduces anxiety.

Clary Sage: clears the mind, promotes a sense of wellbeing, and reduces stress & anxiety.

Cedarwood: promotes emotional balance, calming and grounding effect. Improves focus.

Please note: these are 100% all-natural essential oil candles and do not contain ANY chemical/artificial fragrance oils like many aromatherapy candles (not even a little bit). This means that the scent will be somewhat lighter than fragrance oil candles, but the subtle and all therapeutic benefits will remain as the plant essential oils will be diffused in the air.
Trim wicks to 1/4" before each use.

Allow enough time for the wax to melt to the edges of the container to prevent tunneling.

Avoid burning candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

Keep candles on a stable surface away from flammables.
