Welcome to Day 2

Most of us intellectually know that life has our back and yet we're still gripping, forcing and doing it all alone. Day 2 explores the subconscious story of "it's all up to me," where it comes from, and how releasing it is the key to finally receiving what life has been trying to offer you all along.

What you'll take away:

  • Why the "it's all up to me" pattern develops and how to recognize it in your own life

  • How over-responsibility and people-pleasing are rooted in the same story

  • Why trusting life isn't passive and what your actual job is

  • A simple morning practice to build your trust muscle before things get hard

Your Guide

BALI-8.jpg

Hi! I'm Laila, an Ayurvedic practitioner, intuitive guide, and mentor. I work with women who are lineage reclaimers. They're the women who are breaking cycles and reclaiming their feminine power. These women often initially go down the expected path of culture, society and family. And at some point realize that there's something more for them. That life is calling them in a different direction. To embrace all that they are—with their full power, magic and medicine—unapologetically.

My approach is rooted in the ancient wisdom traditions of the East—Yoga, Ayurveda and Jyotish—and the shadow work and earth mysticism of today. I've studied with Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath, Peter Crone, Dr. Robert Svoboda, Maryam Hasnaa, Asia Suler, Octavio & Emma Salvado and Sandra Ingerman among many other incredible teachers.
