My Journey Through Transformation
If there’s one constant in my life, it’s transformation. I’ve lived in eight countries across three continents, shifted careers from global health and refugee work to running a jewelry business, and ultimately found my path as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, doula and intuitive guide.

If there’s one thing I know how to do, it’s starting over and reinventing myself. Life has thrown me more curveballs than I can count, but I’ve learned how to turn them into medicine—how to take the most painful, uncertain moments and alchemize them into growth. I believe that every challenge we face holds the potential for deep transformation, even when we can’t see it yet.

In February 2020, my life cracked open. The things that I thought were real—relationships, friendships, my identity, my business—were slipping through my fingers. I didn't know it at the time, but a new life was calling me.
Even though I didn't know exactly what that looked like, I answered the call and entered the unknown. I was grateful to have guides and teachers, who had been initiated by their own trials help me along the way.

And now nearly 6 years later, I'm humbled to serve as one of these guides to support you through your own life initiation.
